Northwind Young Leaders Academy aka NYLA is a leadership training for young people, from 18 to 28 years old. We see the huge potential in this generation and want to equip them with all the wisdom we have gained during our years of leadership. Our dream is to see generations walking together and we want to do our part. We will give what we have to lift up the next generation and run together with them.
NYLA is an intense leadership training that requires commitment.

Get to know NYLA
WHEN: NYLA starts on the 7th of February and lasts until the 29th of may 2024. We will meet once a week on wednesdays except for 2 wednesdays, the 21 of February and 1st of may. NYLA classes are at 5:30PM to 7:30PM.
WHERE: We meet in Kalasatama at Northwind Church.
WHO: NYLA is for young people, age 18 to 28. You can live where ever but we want everyone to be present for the classes in person. The teaching is in English so the participants will need to have good English skills.
WHAT IS REQUIRED: time wise the commitment is 6-8 hours weekly. This consists of weekly meetings, homework and mentoring.
HOW MUCH: NYLA costs 250€ for the whole spring. This includes the material costs.
TEACHERS: Saara & Rodrigo Campos and Angela & Mikael Meklin among other teachers will be teaching in this school. We will also have interns present from the first round of NYLA. Campos and Meklin couples lead the school.
